These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Cédric Fonsat (Sole Trader — HAFO PRIME, SIRET: 904 420 072 00020), hereinafter referred to as "AsoRanker", and any professional or business, hereinafter referred to as "the Client", subscribing to or using the AsoRanker service available at asoranker.com.
AsoRanker is a B2B service. Our offerings are intended exclusively for professionals (developers, studios, companies) with an application published or in development on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Consumer protection regulations under general consumer law do not apply to these services.
1. Object
AsoRanker is a Software as a Service (SaaS) for App Store Optimization (ASO), enabling professionals to analyze keywords, optimize their mobile application metadata, and generate user personas.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale. These Terms take precedence over any other Client document.
3. Plans and Pricing
3.1 Free Plan

- Limited access to basic features

3.2 Pro Plan
- Monthly price: €29 / month (monthly renewal)
- Annual price: €19 / month (12-month commitment, billed as €228 / year)
- Access to all features
- Unlimited applications
All prices are expressed in euros (€) excluding VAT. AsoRanker operates under the French micro-enterprise VAT exemption (Article 293B of the French Tax Code) — no VAT is applicable.
3.3 Promotional Codes
Discount codes may be offered from time to time. They are valid under the conditions specified at the time of issue and cannot be combined with each other.
4. Free Trial
A 7-day free trial is offered on the Pro Plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the Client may freely subscribe to a paid plan or remain on the Free Plan.
5. Payment Methods
Payments are managed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and any other method offered by Stripe.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annual). Charges are automatically applied to the registered payment method.
6. Renewal and Cancellation
6.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or annual), unless cancelled by the Client beforehand.
6.2 Cancellation by the Client
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from the Settings section within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Client retains access to the Pro Plan until that date.
6.3 Cancellation by AsoRanker
AsoRanker reserves the right to cancel a Client's access in the event of a breach of these Terms, without refund.
7. Payment Default
In the event of a payment failure, Stripe will make up to 3 automatic retry attempts. If payment continues to fail, the subscription is automatically cancelled and the account is downgraded to the Free Plan. The Client loses access to Pro features.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Business Clients (B2B)
As AsoRanker is exclusively intended for professionals, consumer withdrawal rights (as provided under consumer protection law) do not apply.
However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, AsoRanker may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests submitted within 14 days of the start of a paid subscription (excluding any free trial period already used). All requests must be sent to contact@asoranker.com with a written justification.
8.2 Major Service Failure
If a serious malfunction attributable to AsoRanker renders the service unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rata refund may be granted.
9. Service Availability
AsoRanker uses best efforts to ensure service availability. Scheduled maintenance outages may occur and will be communicated in advance whenever possible. AsoRanker shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers (Vercel, Neon).
10. Intellectual Property
The AsoRanker service, its interface, source code and algorithms are the exclusive property of Cédric Fonsat. Subscriptions grant the Client a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of their subscription.
11. Client Data
Application data processed within AsoRanker (metadata, ASO metrics) remains the property of the Client. AsoRanker does not use this data for commercial purposes with third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
AsoRanker is a decision-support tool. The suggestions and optimizations provided do not engage AsoRanker's liability for results obtained in the app stores. AsoRanker's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution by contacting AsoRanker at contact@asoranker.com.
Failing an amicable agreement within 30 days, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille (France), notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
14. Amendments to Terms
AsoRanker reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be communicated to the Client by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
