ASO
Short for App Store Optimization. It covers the set of optimizations that improve an app’s visibility and conversion on the App Store and Google Play.
What to understand
ASO usually includes keywords, title, subtitle, description, visuals, ratings, reviews, and localization of the store listing.
A strong ASO strategy tries to improve both discoverability and the listing’s ability to turn visits into installs.
ASO goes beyond the listing itself: product signals, onboarding, and app quality also influence long-term results.
